Contest – Couple Video Session
Rules for the contest “Win your couple video session” 1. Organizer The contest is organized by POP Productions SRL, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”. Entering the contest implies acceptance of these rules. 2. Contest period The contest is open from [date de début] to [date de fin] at 11:59 PM. Entries received after this date will not be considered. 3. Eligibility conditions The contest is open to anyone who: is 18 years old or over; lives in Belgium or whose session can be organized in Belgium; is entering as a couple; is available to do the session before [date]. Entry is completely free and with no purchase required. Only one entry per couple is allowed. 4. How to enter To enter, applicants must complete the form available at [link], including: briefly introducing their couple and their story; explaining what they would like to tell through their video; indicating, where applicable, their planned wedding date; providing their contact details so they can be reached. 5. Selection of the winning couple This is not a random draw. The winning couple will be selected by the POP Productions team based on creative criteria, including: the couple’s story and personality; the appeal and originality of the proposed project; the session’s visual and narrative potential; the feasibility of the shoot. The Organizer’s decision is final. The selected couple will be contacted personally no later than [date]. If there is no response within 7 days of being contacted, POP Productions reserves the right to select another couple. 6. The prize The winning couple will receive: 🎬 a complimentary couple video session, including: creative preparation for the session; up to 2 hours of filming; filming in Belgium at a location agreed with POP Productions; editing and color grading; delivery of a short couple film of around 45 to 90 seconds. The video may be used, among other things, as an engagement video, Save the Date, wedding invitation, or couple keepsake. The indicative value of the service is [XXX € incl. VAT]. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for another service. Any exceptional costs related to the project—venue rental, special permits, props, significant travel, or third-party services—are not included, unless agreed otherwise in advance. 7. Wedding bonus: -10% The winning couple will also receive a 10% discount on their wedding video service if they later choose to entrust it to POP Productions. This booking is entirely optional and is in no way a condition for receiving the prize won. The discount: is valid for any booking confirmed before [date]; applies to the video service provided by POP Productions; is not redeemable for cash; cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount. 8. Use of images As this campaign also aims to showcase POP Productions’ wedding work, the winning couple agrees that excerpts and images from the session may be used by POP Productions to present and promote its work, including on its website, portfolio, and social media. The exact terms of use and image-rights authorization will be confirmed with the winning couple before filming. 9. Personal data Data provided as part of the contest will be used only to manage entries, select the winning couple, and contact participants in connection with the contest. It will not be used to send marketing communications without the participant’s separate consent. 10. Changes or cancellation In the event of circumstances beyond its control making it impossible to run the contest or the session, POP Productions reserves the right to change the dates or terms, or to cancel the contest. 11. Instagram / Facebook This contest is not organized, sponsored, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. By entering, applicants acknowledge that these platforms cannot be held responsible for the organization or running of the contest. 12. Acceptance of the rules Any entry into the contest implies full acceptance of these rules. Any fraud, false statement, or attempt to manipulate may result in the participant’s exclusion.
